I just wanted to say that this is an incredible amount of money for a lottery. The revenue generated by the ticket sales have been absolutely astounding. In fact, if there weren't so many strings attached (some of the more obvious ones being you need money to run a lottery, you need a commission and a license), I would run my own lottery.
